Dijelaskan, proses hukum terhadap ketiga oknum anggota militer tersebut sudah berjalan sesuai prosedur hukum militer dan panglima Koarmada RI Laksdya TNI Denih Hendrata sebagai atasan sudah bergerak cepat secara maraton menindaklanjuti proses hukum terhadap anggotanya yang bersalah untuk dihadapkan ke mahkamah militer.
“Dengan sudah diserahkan perkara ketiga oknum tersangka oleh Puspomal ke oditurat (jaksa militer), saya kira ini proses berjalan sesuai prosedur dan boleh dibilang cepat. Jika TNI AL sudah bertindak cepat, kepolisian juga harus melakukan hal serupa. Penangkapan IH dan RH adalah langkah penting untuk membongkar seluruh jaringan sindikat ini,” tegas Anrico.
