Setelah itu, Kejati DKI kembali mengajukan Hasirin Puspa ke persidangan untuk yang ke tiga kalinya ke PN Jakpus pada tahun 2021 dengan nomor perkara 749/Pid.B/2021/PN Jkt.Pst. Dan saat ini ia kembali didudukkan di kursi pesakitan oleh JPU.
