Sengketa perdata antara BAP Law Firm (Pemohon) dan Nila Puspa Sidarta (Termohon 1) semakin terang benderang setelah pihak pengadilan arbitrase Jakarta melakukan verifikasi bukti atas perkara sengketa perdata tersebut.
“Hari ini kita verifikasi bukti, baik dari pihak. Pemohon maupun Termohon,” ujar Dian Crishtina, kuasa hukum BAP Law Firm, Selasa (30/7/24) saat ditanyai awak media usai sidang.
Dian mengatakan, ada sejumlah kejanggalan yang ditemui saat verifikasi tersebut dilakukan. “Ada banyak kejanggalan memang, lebih tepatnya memanipulasi bukti chat,” ujar Dian.
Adanya manipulasi bukti chat itu, disampaikan Dian, misalnya yang tejadi di tahun 2022, tapi disitu terbuat tahun 2023. “Kita sudah ajukan (keberatan) ke panitera dan penitera menyampaikan nanti ajukan dalam kesimpulan biar arbiter tahu,” Dian menjelaskan.
Lebih jauh dari itu, dibeberkan Dian ada juga tambahan untuk pencabutan surat kuasa yang dihadirkan dari bukti Termohon, ternyata diketahui sama-sama bukti foto copy, tidak ada bentuk yang asli.
Hal ini semakin mempertegas fakta persidangan terkait sidang perkara perdata yang dimohonkan oleh BAP Law Firm tersebut
Sayangnya, Termohon 1 Nila Puspa Sidarta dengan kuasa hukumnya Warda Larosa dari WLP Law Firm tidak hadir memenuhi undangan klarifikasi bukti tersebut.
Adapun yang hadir dari pihak Termohon diwakili oleh Holanda Yurist Tobing, yang memakai gaun merah maron. Saat ditanyai awak media di pelataran gedung Wahana Graha, wanita asal Batak itu menolak untuk diwawancarai. “No comment,” ujarnya.
